About the Clan

Why did you create POAP KINGS?

Raquaza and King Levy have played Clash Royale for over three years, cycling through clans that never quite fit. King Thing picked it up more recently. We're all family, so we built the clan we wanted: structure, recognition, and something lasting to show for the grind.

Why the name POAP KINGS?

The clan began by publishing POAP digital collectibles for seasons and milestones. The POAP company and product have since ceased operating, so new collectibles can no longer be published. We kept the name and what it came to mean inside the clan: "Proof of Arena Push" — the grind is real, so show the receipts.

Joining

How do I join?

We're currently invite only. Search POAP KINGS or use tag #J2RGCRVG in Clash Royale. Minimum 7,000 trophies. Apply in-game and leadership will review it.

What are the clan rules?

Be active (don't ghost a whole season without a heads-up), be generous (donate when you can), be decent (no toxicity or drama), and take part in wars when you can. Real life comes first — just communicate.

Can I have an alt account in the clan?

Yes — one alt per player, as long as you proactively tell leadership which account is your alt. Hidden alts can get both accounts kicked, and if the clan is near capacity, alts may be removed even when active.

Clan Wars

Do I have to participate in Clan Wars?

No — encouraged but not required. Consistent participation and good vibes matter more than strict requirements. That said, war performance is how you earn War Champ and Free Pass Royale eligibility.

How is War Champ chosen?

The season's top Clan Wars point earner is named War Champ, based on points pulled directly from the Clash Royale API — no manual adjustments. Joining mid-season doesn't earn a handicap. Equal points are ordered by cards donated during the season. War Champ is a performance title and stays with the top scorer even if someone else receives the Free Pass Royale.

What are Iron King, Rookie MVP, and Donation Champ?

Iron King is an unranked participation honor earned by every member who uses all four decks on every finalized battle day of the season. Rookie MVP is the points podium among members in their first recorded POAP KINGS Clan Wars season. Donation Champ is the season donation podium. Completed results live on the Season Recognition page.

Free Pass Royale Program

What is the Free Pass Royale Program?

Each season, the highest-ranked eligible war point earner receives one Pass Royale as an in-game gift through Supercell ID. POAP KINGS funds the prize; Supercell does not sponsor or endorse the program.

How does eligibility work?

There are no back-to-back winners. Alt accounts can win, but eligibility follows the player, not each account. A player must also be able to receive the gift under Supercell's requirements at delivery. If War Champ is excluded by the repeat-winner rule or cannot receive the gift, the pass rolls down to the next eligible player; the War Champ title does not move.

What does Supercell require to receive a pass?

The recipient must have a registered Supercell ID and a Clash Royale account at King Level 7 or higher. Both Supercell IDs must be at least seven days old, and the recipient must have been Supercell ID friends with King Thing (Thingles) for at least one day. Young Player accounts for players under 16 cannot receive gifted passes, and regional restrictions may also prevent delivery. These are Supercell rules and may change.

How will I receive the pass?

The pass is sent in-game to the winning account in the clan and must be claimed within Supercell's claim window, currently one week. Set up Supercell ID friendship on the Setup page before the season ends. There is no PayPal, Venmo, cash, store credit, substitute prize, or other compensation if a player cannot receive the gift.

Where can I read the official requirements?

See Supercell’s Pass gifting help and Tournament Guidelines. Eligibility is checked against the current rules when the prize is delivered.

Roles & Promotion

What are the roles?

Member (standard participant), Elder (earned by competing for the clan and donating generously — it can also be taken away), and Leadership (Co-Leaders and the Leader, appointed at leadership's discretion).

How do I earn Elder?

Three things: about four weeks in the clan, competing for the clan (play Clan Wars or Ranked — Wars counts most), and donating generously relative to clanmates. Elders make up roughly 20–30% of the clan; the bar is the clan itself, not a fixed number. The Members page has the full detail.

How are promotions handled?

Leadership reviews promotions and demotions every week, and Elixir posts a transparent Elder Standing each Tuesday so everyone can see where they stand. Elder is the only role earned this way — please don't request a promotion.

Discord

Do I need to join the Discord to be in the clan?

No, but it's highly encouraged — it's where announcements and war coordination happen, so you won't miss anything. Please set your server nickname to your Clash Royale player name. Not on Discord? Use the email signup on the Members page instead.

What happens on the Discord server?

Announcements, clan promotion, deck and matchup talk, war coordination, and general chat. It's where the clan lives beyond in-game chat.

Still have questions?

Ask in clan chat or reach out to leadership directly. No question is too basic.
